As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior Hairdresser specializing in advanced coloring and hair extensions, with an established clientele and proven mastery of modern techniques.

You will play a key role in the Signature experience thanks to your know-how, precision, and professional approach.

Your missions:

• Perform advanced coloring services (balayage, personalized shades, corrections, major transformations)
• Apply hair extensions with precision and a focus on naturalness (keratin, weft, tape-in, and clip-in)
• Provide in-depth, personalized hair diagnostics
• Perform high-end cuts, styling, and blowouts
• Advise clients on care, extension maintenance, and professional products
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain an impeccable workspace that meets the salon’s high standards

Your profile:

• Minimum 10 years of salon experience (experience in a high-end environment is an asset)
• Quebec hairdressing diploma required
• Proven expertise in advanced coloring
• Confirmed specialization in hair extension application
• Developed artistic sense and high technical precision
• Professional and elegant presentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
• French or English
