Your missions:

• Perform advanced coloring services (balayage, personalized shades, corrections, major transformations)
• Provide in-depth, personalized hair diagnostics
• Perform high-end cuts, styling, and blowouts
• Advise clients on care, maintenance of extensions, and professional products
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain an impeccable workspace that meets the salon’s high standards

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years of salon experience (experience in a high-end environment is an asset)
• Quebec hairdressing diploma required
• Proven expertise in advanced coloring
• Developed artistic sense and high technical precision
• Professional and elegant presentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
• French or English
